Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by GNJ (Global Numismatic Journal), hereafter "the Service". Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings below.
- "User" means any individual or entity that accesses the Service.
- "Content" means articles, data, images, analysis reports, and other information provided by the Service.
- "Premium Member" means a User enrolled in a paid plan.
Article 3 (Service Content)
The Service provides the following information related to antique coins.
- Market trends and price indices
- Analysis and commentary on auction results
- Authenticity and grading knowledge (Coinpedia)
- Practical trade guides
- Warnings on counterfeit and altered coins
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
All information on the Service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell. Final decisions on coin purchases and investments rest solely with the User.
While we strive for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, we do not warrant the same. The Service bears no responsibility for damages arising from its use.
Article 5 (Copyright)
Copyright in all Content published on the Service (articles, images, data, design, etc.) belongs to the Service or its rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or secondary use is prohibited.
However, viewing for personal information gathering or study is permitted.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Service Content
- Placing excessive load on the Service’s servers
- Unauthorized access, cracking, and similar acts
- Defaming other Users or third parties
- Submitting false information
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Article 7 (Premium Member Service)
The Premium service is available on monthly or annual paid plans. Premium Members may access premium-only content, including premium reports.
Cancellation is available at any time; service remains available until the end of the paid period. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
We may modify these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over disputes related to the Service.
